A countdown appears in the final 5 minutes. When the limit is reached, participants see a polite end-of-meeting notice. Hosts are redirected to this pricing page where they can upgrade instantly and restart the meeting.

Is the annual plan billed upfront?

Yes — the annual plan is billed as a single payment upfront, giving you 20% savings compared to monthly billing. You'll receive a tax invoice for your records immediately after payment.

Do guests need a Screen Chirp account?

Never. Guests join via a shared link in their browser — no downloads, no sign-up required. Only meeting hosts need an account. This makes Screen Chirp ideal for client-facing meetings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise plans also support ACH bank transfers and purchase orders. All transactions are processed securely — we never store card numbers.
