Account Information

  • Your name, email address, hashed password, and company affiliation when you register.
  • Profile photo if you choose to upload one.

Meeting Metadata

  • Room names, participant counts, scheduling logs, and session durations.
  • Connection quality telemetry used to improve infrastructure performance.

Device and Network Information

  • IP addresses, browser user-agent details, and device fingerprint tokens used for security rate-limiting and anti-abuse checks.
  • Cookies and local storage tokens for session management.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect strictly to operate and improve the platform. Specifically:

  • To operate and maintain our WebRTC video and voice call infrastructure.
  • To enforce free-plan limits and protect the platform against abuse, spam, and fraudulent activity.
  • To send transactional emails such as email verification, password resets, and billing receipts.
  • To comply with regulatory obligations and applicable legal frameworks.
  • To generate aggregate, anonymised usage analytics that inform product improvements.
